HOW TO PICK YOURSELF UP AFTER A CRAPPY WEEK

Make some tea and enjoy it without any distractions

Read your favorite book (my recommendation)

Listen to some upbeat music (here's a good song)


Call a friend and rant. Then let it go

Cook something you have been craving for a long time (pancakes!)

Take a nap and wake up with a clearer mind

Meditate (or try to learn how to meditate)

Put your phone away and focus on the people around you

Eat some ice-cream

Open the window and just breathe

Tell yourself that everything is going to be alright

And finally, if you just told yourself that everything's going to be okay but you didn't quite believe yourself, I am going to help you: everything is going to be alright. 

You are wonderful, amazing, and you deserve to be happy.
